Soh Daiko performs at Japan Society New Year’s event

On January 14th, 2014, Soh Daiko members were invited to perform our semi-traditional shishimae lion dance at the Japan Society New Year’s Celebration. Guests (and our own members) were bitten by our shishi which is believed to bring good luck in the new year. We are always happy to be a part of this great event every year, and thank the Japan Society for their continued dedication to share Japanese culture in New York!
